Dear National, Please improve your operations at the Los Alamos site. Since you contracted it with Enterprise it has gone downhill. My last two rentals, the mileage and/or the fuel had apparently not been entered properly at rental, so I was charged extra when returning the cars at ABQ. I am glad your ABQ staff rectified the error in both cases, but travelers do not have time to waste dealing with that when heading for their flights. My last rental pickup, the single staff member was out to lunch and I sat in your lobby for 20-30mins, even though your hours promise it is "open". I am grateful to be able to rent cars in Los Alamos. Please know it has gotten a lot less smooth than it used to be.
