1) Billing was inaccurate and she sent it to the wrong e-mail address even though I had given her my correct e-mail address. I had to spend a long time trying to correct it because she was stubborn.
Unfortunately this is the only place in the , so I had to use it again. This time the vehicle was dirty and the counter unoccupied with a note to drop the keys off and leave a note if a receipt was required. When I walked out I found an employee, and when asked he told me that yes he was working here but he could not help me.
2) She doesn't come out to the car to check it before she gives it to you. So the cars are mostly dirty, all because she doesn't want to take the trouble to check the cars.

BAd service most of the time. I tried to rent a full-size SUV with two weeks notice ahead and was told by the lady at the desk, while she was on the phone with a friend of hers that she had none, was not willing to have one brought up from another location and that she could not help me in any way.
Now I am calling with no answer again to make a reservation. The service is terrible.
Big companies like this can only do well through their upfront employees. The young woman in Los Alamos who took this car in could not have been more helpful and friendly. She is a gem. The guy in Taos who set us up with the rental was likewise superb. Kudos to Enterprise for having such good people as their face to the public.
Never have the vehicle reserved
3) Once I booked a vehicle, and it was not available for over 2 hours after my pickup time. I told her I couldn't be late, but she wouldn't care and was insensitive to my plight. She wanted to be left alone.
Will never recommend renting from this location till the receptionist is replaced.
